This trolley mounts directly above the electric chain hoist, allowing the entire unit to roll smoothly along the bottom flange of a beam. The operator simply pushes the load or pulls a hand chain (depending on the trolley design) to move the hoist and suspended load horizontally — no electrical wiring, motors, or remote controls required for travel motion.
Engineered for capacities typically ranging from 0.5 tons to 10 tons, the manual trolley features adjustable wheel flanges to fit various beam widths (commonly 50 mm to 300 mm). The wheels are constructed from hardened steel or polyamide, equipped with sealed ball bearings for low rolling resistance and quiet operation.
