Extrusion type pipe joint

Extrusion type pipe joint is a positive tube fitting system that consists of just three components . The mechanically reshaped tube end is positively. connected by a conventional DIN fit ting body and a DIN nut, the only possible leakage path being sealed off by an elastomer ring. One characteristic feature of the reshaped tube, which is insert ed into the 24° cone of the body.This results in a marked improvement in assembly behaviour and good protection against excessive tightening

For reshaping steel tubes with outside diameters from 6 to 42mm

and stainless steel tubes with outside diameters from 6 to 42mm (without 38X 6mm).


By changing tools,the M-WF385X/B0 machine can also be used as a flaring machine for Eaton’s Walterscheid -37° SAE flared flanges up to 60.3 mm.


We guarantee nominal pressure classes up to 800 bar for WALFORM plus tube fitting components a safety factor of 4 and l 00% stripping resistance as a result of the unique shape.



The individual components of the WALFORM tube fitting comply with DIN EN ISO 8434-1.However,the fitting system can not be viewed in isolation. Consequently, the pressure loading Capacity is always governed by the tube sizes used and their wall thicknesses
