Product Introduction:

The Marine Branch Adjustable Tee Union is a highly versatile fluid distribution component designed for complex shipboard hydraulic and piping systems. Unlike standard fixed tees, this fitting features a 360-degree adjustable branch, allowing engineers to easily align the branch outlet with the required direction before securing the connection. This flexibility significantly reduces installation time and eliminates the need for forced pipe bending in tight, confined marine spaces. It is available in two primary configurations: the HT/CTT series (ferrule/compression type) and the HT/TTT series (welding type).

Structural Design & Components:

The fitting is constructed with a robust Tee Stud (Pos.1) as the main body. The HT/CTT model uses Nuts (Pos.2a, 2b) and a Ferrule (Pos.9) for secure tube gripping, while the HT/TTT model is designed for welded connections (Pos.3) and utilizes an O-ring (Pos.4) for enhanced sealing. Both designs ensure a leak-proof union that can be easily disconnected for maintenance without disturbing the surrounding pipeline.
