Frequency converters
Control the forward rotation of the motor by means of a frequency converter, Reversal and rotational speed. Implement the cable's Control of retracting, releasing and speed
Motor+hysteresis coupling
Motor: Used to control the forward and reverse rotation of the reel.
Hysteresis coupling:Under normal circumstances,the speed of the motor is transmitted to the reducer.
When the rear end is stalled, it slips to prevent overloading the motor. When the motor does not work properly or the cable receives a pull force greater than the set value, the reel cable can be released to prevent the cable from being damaged by excessive force pulling off.
Reducer
Reduce the output speed and increase the output torque to meet the rear end equipment there is enough torque to turn.
Remote Control
Wired remote control; Wireless remote control. The ope rator can remotely operate the cable frame, from the side of the boat and cable retraction/discharge. It also has an emergency stop button.
Cable rack
It is divided into hydraulic type and hand-cranked type.
Function: Cable transfer to the outboard of the ship, with multi-roller, to prevent friction damage between
the cable and the broadside, the structural design meets the requirements the bend radius of the cable is req uired. When mooring, it is low ered to the side of the ship outside, not in use or retracted when sailing.

Pulse counter

Control box
The control box is floor-mounted. Made of 316L stainless steel plate made, thickness 3mm. Marine low-voltage shore power box
1)The shore power box has a power indicator, which indicates that the shore plug and socket are connected normally, and the shore power supply is valid and has been powered.
2)The shore power box has undervoltage/phase fa ilure protection function and phase sequence detection function, w ith positive sequence and reverse sequence indication.
3)With automatic commutation, phase sequence interlocking and interlock funct ions. Each winch is equipped with 2 melded case switches. When the input phase sequence is incorrect, the original definition is positive the switch cannot be closed, and fast automatic commutation is achieved by closing the other switch. There is no need to remove cables and manually commutate wiring again. Prevent phase sequence errors to the ship damage caused by e lectrical equipment.
4)The three- phase marine melded case switch of the shore power box has the functions of overload protection and short circuit protection.
5)The shore power box has the emergency stop function of the entire shore power system.
6)The shore power box is equipped with t hree-phase copper bar and grounding copper bar.
The ampacity and temperature rise of the copper bar meet the requirements of the total flow rate. Copper bars and switches are provided machine glass cover to prevent contact with the copper row.
7)The protection grade is: IP56, should have the ability to work continuously for a long time, and has moisture-proof, saltspray, corrosion-proof, dust-proof and other functions, outside the box the shell must bear a clear hazard warning symbol.
