High Temp Type Ellipse Gear Flowmeter
Product Introduction:
Our Marine High Temp Type Ellipse Gear Flowmeter is a positive displacement meter specifically engineered for accurate measurement of high-temperature liquids in demanding shipboard applications. It is ideal for heated heavy fuel oil, hot thermal oil, high-temperature lube oil, and other viscous fluids operating at elevated temperatures.
This flowmeter features a specialized design with heat-resistant stainless steel construction, high-temperature bearings (ceramic or tungsten carbide), and PTFE or graphite seals, enabling continuous operation at media temperatures up to 350°C. Thermal expansion compensation ensures the elliptical gears maintain proper clearance without seizing under extreme heat. Low pressure loss and excellent accuracy at low flow rates make it perfect for engine room fuel systems, thermal oil circuits, and exhaust gas cleaning systems. Output options include pulse, 4-20mA, or Modbus for seamless integration with shipboard control systems. CCS type approval is available.
