Product Introduction:
The GFT Series Compact High-Speed Rotating Housing Reducer is an ideal transmission component for marine machinery. Its exceptionally compact structure makes it perfectly suited for installations in extremely confined and harsh environments on vessels. Utilizing advanced design technologies and precision machining, this reducer guarantees high load-bearing capacity, exceptional reliability, and smooth operation in demanding marine conditions.
Key Features & Customization：
1.Hydraulic Compatibility: Designed to connect seamlessly with Rexroth quantitative or variable hydraulic motors, as well as other compatible hydraulic motors.
2.Integrated Braking System: The input end can be equipped with a spring-applied, hydraulically released multi-disc parking brake. Its static braking torque matches the hydraulic motor's input torque (typically greater than 1.5 times) to ensure safety.
3.Emergency Disengagement: For specific requirements, a mechanical disengaging clutch can be installed. This allows the vessel to be towed by other equipment in emergencies, preventing damage to hydraulic components.
4.Interchangeability: While designed to meet Rexroth series standards, we also provide custom alternatives equivalent to Brevini (Italy), Teijin (Japan), Nachi, KYB, Fairfield, and Sauer.
