Core Function & Integration
The FR-100Z is not a standalone telephone, but a signaling module that connects directly to a standard sound-powered telephone line. When a calling signal is sent from any station on the circuit, the FR-100Z activates both its visual strobe and audible ringer, providing unmistakable notification at the station where it is installed. This is especially vital for master stations, control points, or high-ambient-noise locations where a standard telephone's acoustic ringer may be inadequate.
