Product Introduction

QLFH series of Marine Growth Preventing System(MGPS) control box with multiple sets of multiple independent constant-current control module within the seawater bin anode(anti-fouling electrode of copper, anti-corrosion electrode of aluminum or iron electrodes)were powered electrolysis to produce anti-fouling,anti- corrosion ions in seawater and then distributed throughout the sea water cooling piping system to effectively reduce and prevent marine biofouling seawater pipeline caused by biological corrosion and electrochemical corrosion, thus ensuring the normal operation of seawater piping systems.

The device is divided into direct installation and increase the electrobath to indirect installation.

Application

The device is applies to all types of ships,offshore platforms,floating docks and other needs cooling seawater,fire protection and other uses of the seawater tanks,filters and piping system.

Type And Function Selection

QLFH-01 series control box has ordinary and electrode monitoring two types for option.Ordinary type uses PCB integrated circuit to control,nixie tube to display and LED light to alarm;Intelligent electrode monitoring type adopts PLC centralized control,output by single constant-current module for each branch,which can monitor the real-time situation of the use of electrodes;it has touch screen to display the current and electrode loss percentage to get better use of electrodes.It can be selected according to need2-way,4-way,6-way,8-way control module,an optional electrode diameter 80mm,90mm,120mm,150mm,electrode length is calculated based on the actual choice of seawater processing quantity.
