Product Description
6 Strand Polyester and Nylon Composite Rope
Product Introduction:
The 6-Strand Polyester and Nylon Composite Rope is a heavy-duty mooring and towing line engineered for the most demanding marine environments. This rope combines the dimensional stability and abrasion resistance of high-tenacity polyester with the superior elasticity and shock-absorbing capability of nylon monofilament, delivering a composite structure that outperforms conventional chemical fiber ropes in both durability and reliability.
Composite Construction & Superior Abrasion Resistance:
The unique 6-strand composite construction blends nylon monofilaments with polyester multifilaments in each strand. The monofilament component provides outstanding dimensional stability and abrasion resistance, while the multifilament core ensures high breaking force and flexibility. Through a specialized manufacturing process, this composite rope achieves wear resistance more than double that of standard chemical-fiber ropes, significantly extending service life even under continuous heavy-duty operation.

Color Options:
Standard color: White. Custom colors are available upon request, including red, orange, green, yellow, blue, grey, and other specified shades. High-visibility colors such as yellow and orange enhance crew safety by improving rope visibility on deck, particularly in low-light conditions or rough weather. Custom color options also support brand differentiation for distributors and OEM partners.
Certifications:
Our ropes are manufactured under strict quality control systems and can be supplied with classification society approval certificates from leading international bodies such as DNV, ABS, LR, BV, and CCS upon request. These certifications ensure full compliance with international maritime regulations, port state controls, and insurance underwriter requirements, giving you complete operational peace of mind.
