CBZ Series Marine Explosion-Proof Axial Fans Air Blowers
CBZ series of explosion-proof ventilators have passed the inspection of the National Explosion-proof Electrical Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the People's Republic of China and obtained the explosion-proof certificate.
Features
It is suitable for extracting flammable and explosive mixed gases or vapors in oil tanks, cargo holds, pump rooms, battery rooms, ammunition rooms, hangars, paint rooms, etc. Or the corresponding places of various departments on land.
Explosion-proof, safe and reliable operation, good anti-corrosion performance, anti-swing, low vibration and strong impact performance.
Structure
There are three types of explosion-proof ventilators, namely type I (deck type), type II (pipe type), and type III (partition type), and the whole structure is non-sparking type.
The type I explosion-proof fan is installed on the upper part of the frame, with 2 mesh/inch stainless steel mesh around the frame. The whole machine is vertically installed on the deck and can be used for air extraction and air supply.
Type II explosion-proof ventilator does not have a hood, and the explosion-proof motor is built-in type. There are stationary vane feet fixed on the casing. It can be installed vertically or horizontally, or on the deck. It can be used for air extraction and air supply.
According to the special needs of users, it can be made into type III structure, that is, the type of fan and motor compartment, intermediate transmission device, sealing stuffing box and flexible coupling structure, mainly used to remove the gas in dangerous compartments.
The explosion-proof ventilator has a structure in which the impeller rotates clockwise when viewed from the side of the explosion-proof fan.
