CBGD Series Marine Explosion-Proof Centrifugal Fans Air Blowers
CBGD series marine explosion-proof centrifugal fan (hereinafter referred to as "explosion-proof fan") is a marine explosion-proof product developed from CGDL series marine fan. It is in accordance with the general requirements of GB11799-2008 "Explosion-proof Centrifugal Fan for Ships", GB3836.1-2000 "Explosion-proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments", GB3836.2-2000 "Explosion-proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments, Explosion-proof Electrical Equipment It is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant provisions of Type "d"" and the relevant provisions of domestic and foreign ship regulations.
The ventilator is suitable for the ventilation of various cabins containing flammable and explosive gases on ships, and also suitable for other suitable occasions.
This series of explosion-proof ventilators have passed the inspection of the national explosion-proof inspection unit of the People's Republic of China, and have obtained the explosion-proof certificate.
Features
The explosion-proof fan has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, no overload of the motor, good corrosion resistance, anti-swing, anti-vibration, anti-shock, stable operation, safe and reliable, etc.
Structure
The explosion-proof ventilator has two types of structures: I type (direct connection type) and II type (partition type). The structure of the whole machine is a fire-free structure.
Type I (direct-connected) explosion-proof ventilator is formed into an explosion-proof motor direct drive structure, the impeller is directly mounted on the motor shaft, and the casing is fixed on the explosion-proof motor flange.
Type II (compartment) is an explosion-proof fan and motor compartment structure, which consists of a fan, a transmission, an elastic coupling, and an electric motor. The transmission group is composed of bearing seat, bearing, shaft, copper ring, sealing stuffing box, etc., which can measure temperature and refuel. One end is directly connected to the explosion-proof ventilator, and the other end is directly connected to the bulkhead.
The explosion-proof fan is of horizontal, single-stage, single-suction and air-tight structure, and can also be made of vertical structure.
