XHBD Series Hydraulic Motor
Product Introduction:
The XHBD Series Hydraulic Motor (comprising models XHBD1, XHBD2, and XHBD3) represents a new generation of five-cylinder radial piston hydraulic motors. Built upon the proven high-performance and reliable components of the XHS series, the XHBD series introduces an innovative intermediate sliding bearing design, utilizing new materials and the latest processing technology to significantly expand the product's capabilities.
Unlike traditional fixed-displacement motors, the XHBD series features variable displacement achieved by changing the eccentricity of the motor's crankshaft. This allows for dynamic or static adjustment from high to low displacement (and vice versa) via an external low-voltage control signal. Furthermore, XHBD motors are equipped with tapered roller bearings to withstand axial loads, and a balanced block is installed in the hollow output shaft to reduce high-speed vibration. This design greatly enhances radial load-carrying capacity.
The series offers a wide displacement range (from 49.3 ml/r up to 916 ml/r) and is capable of delivering high starting torque, stable low-speed operation, and high mechanical efficiency in both high and low displacement modes. The maximum speed is determined by the oil flow supplied to the motor. Additionally, the XHBD series includes a dual-speed motor (a first for domestic production, successfully declared for a national invention patent), with main parts processed on a five-axis machining center for precision. (Note: BD series motors do not allow a free-wheel/hole mode).
