Rotomolded Pipeline Floating Body
Product Introduction
Rotomolded pipe floats are divided into pipe-clamping floats and debris-blocking floats.
The outer shell is made of 100% medium- and low-density polyethylene (MDPE). The MDPE float is manufactured using advanced rotomolding technology, resulting in a seamless, fully enclosed product that is corrosion-resistant, anti-aging, impact-resistant, and leak-proof. The interior is filled with closed-cell polyurethane foam.
The product has high buoyancy, and even if the outer shell is damaged, its use is not affected. It is mainly used for buoyancy support in river, lake, and marine dredging and transportation pipelines. It is the best alternative to traditional steel floats. Specific applications, shapes, models, specifications, and dimensions can be customized according to customer requirements.
MDPE floats are produced from MDPE resin through a one-time rotomolding process followed by polyurethane foaming.
