Product Description
QCJK-I/WG Diesel Monitor
A. Overview
The QCJK-I/WG diesel engine monitor (hereinafter referred to as the monitor) is a diesel engine electronic measurement and control system controlled by a microcomputer. It is an electronic device that can automatically detect the working condition of the diesel engine and the diesel engine over-limit protection. The monitor can automatically measure, digitally display, and comprehensively monitor and protect the diesel engine's speed, lubricating oil pressure, cooling water temperature, fuel oil level and other parameters, and send out sound and light alarm signals to control the actuator to cut off the fuel oil circuit and automatically control the emergency stop of the diesel engine.
This monitor has the advantages of advanced design, small size, high measurement accuracy, reliable operation, digital display, easy operation and installation, etc. It is a new generation of electronic instrument system that realizes the mechatronics of diesel engine products.

D. Function
1. Meaning of indicator lights
Alarm light: When the parameter exceeds the limit, it flashes, and it is always on after silencing; it goes out when there is no alarm;
Parking light: When the parameter exceeds the parking limit, it is always on; it goes out after troubleshooting and resetting;
Charging light: When the charging generator works normally, it is always on; when the generator fails to generate electricity, it goes out;
Fuel leakage light: fuel leakage indication;
2. Meaning and use of buttons
Start: Start button. Press this button and the monitor sends a start signal;
Stop: Stop button. Press this button and the monitor sends a stop signal;
Parameter switch: Parameter switch button. Press this button to switch the speed and oil temperature to timing and battery voltage.
Silence/timing: Silence/timing key. When there is an alarm signal, press and hold this key, the sound alarm disappears, and the light alarm turns to flat light; when there is no alarm signal, press and hold this key, the running time can be displayed on the speed digital tube, and the timing light is on and the speed light is off; after 2 to 3 seconds, the speed value is automatically displayed, and the speed light is on and the timing light is off.
Self-test: Self-test key. When there is no speed, press and hold this key, the monitor will self-test.
Reset: Reset key. Press and hold this key, the monitor will reset to zero when stopping, and when running, the monitor will resume testing various parameters after a few seconds of resetting to zero.
3. Setting of alarm value and parking value
The setting values of each parameter of the diesel engine have been set according to the user's requirements before leaving the factory. If the user really needs to change it, it can be achieved through the "Reset", "Self-test" and "Mute/Timer" keys on the panel. The method is as follows:
a. Password input
When the power switch is turned on or the "Reset" key is pressed, when xxx xxxxxxxx appears, press the self-test and mute keys at the same time, and PAS 0000 will appear on the display. This is the password interface. The original password is 0000. If you want to enter the password, press and hold the "Reset" key. One of the digits will jump and display. Press the "Mute" key. This digit will cycle from 0 to 9. After the cycle reaches the corresponding value, press the self-test key to enter the modification of the next digit. After all four digits are modified, press "Reset" to confirm in item c-22 to enter the monitor working parameter modification interface.
b. The steps for modifying working parameters are as follows
(1) Press "Reset" to modify this parameter. The modification method is the same as a. Password input. Press "Reset" to confirm.
(2) Press "Self-test" to move to the modification of the next parameter.
(3) Similarly, after setting all the corresponding parameters, press "Self-check", enter the exit item, press "Reset", and the monitor will enter normal working state.
(4) Meaning of each parameter item
C00: Reserve;
C01: Password modification:
C02: Exit, press C-22, exit the parameter setting interface, and the monitor enters normal working state;
C03: Enter the number of gear teeth measured by the speed sensor;
C04: Enter the diesel engine running speed. When the diesel engine speed is greater than this speed, the start signal is locked;
C05: Speed pressure. When the diesel engine speed is less than this speed, the pressure is low and no processing is done;
C06: Enter the speed rated value
C07: Enter the speed alarm value
C08: Enter the speed stop value
C09: Enter the oil pressure alarm value
C10: Enter the oil pressure stop value
C11: Enter the oil temperature alarm value
C12: Enter the oil temperature stop value
