QCJK-I/JT3 Monitor for Diesel Engine
A. Product Overview
The QCJK-JT3 diesel engine monitor is a fully automatic diesel engine and generator electronic measurement and control system controlled by a microcomputer. It can accurately detect and display the diesel engine speed, oil pressure, water temperature, oil temperature, gearbox pressure, and can timely monitor the above measured parameters according to user settings, send out sound alarm, light alarm, remote alarm and other signals, set the start and stop functions, and send out a stop signal to control the electric actuator to cut off the fuel oil circuit when the parameter exceeds the stop value, automatically control the diesel engine to stop in an emergency, and protect the diesel engine to the maximum extent.
At the same time, the corresponding remote display can be optionally equipped to realize remote monitoring of diesel engine operating parameters. This monitor has the advantages of advanced design, small size, high measurement accuracy, reliable operation, digital display, easy operation and installation, etc. It can be used for various types of diesel engines such as ships and land-based power stations. It is a new generation of electronic instrument system that realizes the mechatronics of diesel engine products and a replacement product for diesel engine pointer instruments.
The design of this product meets the requirements of the CCS specification of China Classification Society.

D. Function description
1. Meaning of indicator lights
Charging fault: Indication that the charging generator is not charging;
Overspeed: When the diesel engine has a start signal, the indicator light is on;
Comprehensive alarm: Public alarm indication;
Fault shutdown: Fault shutdown indication;
Low oil pressure: Diesel engine low oil pressure alarm indication;
High water temperature: Diesel engine high water temperature alarm indication;
Remote control status: Monitor remote control status indication;
Fuel leakage: Fuel leakage light indication.
High oil temperature: Diesel engine high oil temperature alarm indication;
Battery undervoltage: Battery undervoltage alarm indication;
Wind and waves: When in wind and waves, the speed alarm and shutdown in advance;
Overcontrol: In the overcontrol state, the sensor value will not stop when it reaches the shutdown value.
2. Key function and use
Stop: Press and hold this key, the monitor sends a shutdown signal, closes the fuel path, and forces the diesel engine to stop.
Start: Press and hold this key, the monitor sends a start signal and turns the diesel engine.
Self-check: When there is no speed, press this button, and each channel of the monitor simulates the external working changes and performs self-checks item by item. When the alarm setting value is reached, the monitor sends out an audible and visual alarm signal. When the stop setting value is reached, the monitor sends out an automatic shutdown signal.
Mute: When there is an alarm signal, press the next button, the audible alarm disappears, and the alarm light turns flat.
Reset: Press this button once, the monitor resets and re-enters the measurement protection state.
Power: Power switch.
Local, remote control: Remote local control conversion switch.
Wind and waves: When in wind and waves, the speed alarm and shutdown are in advance;
Overcontrol: In the overcontrol state, the sensor value will not stop when it reaches the shutdown value.
