A. Product Overview

QCJK-I/W series diesel engine monitor is a CPU electronic measurement and control system for fully automatic control of diesel engines and generator sets. It can accurately detect and display diesel engine speed, oil pressure, water temperature, and oil temperature. It can also monitor the above measured parameters in a timely manner according to user settings, and send out sound alarm, light alarm, remote alarm and other signals. If the shutdown function is set, if the parameter exceeds the shutdown value, a shutdown signal will be sent to control the electric actuator to cut off the fuel oil circuit, automatically control the diesel engine to stop in an emergency, and protect the diesel engine to the maximum extent. At the same time, the corresponding remote display can be optionally equipped to realize remote monitoring (control) of diesel engine operating parameters.

It has the advantages of advanced design, small size, high measurement accuracy, reliable operation, digital display, easy operation and installation. It can be used for various types of diesel engines such as ships and land-based power stations. It is a new generation of electronic instrument system that realizes the mechatronics of diesel engine products and a replacement product for diesel engine pointer instruments.

The design of this product meets the requirements of the CCS specification of China Classification Society.

D. Product Function

1. Protection Function

When the diesel engine's operating condition exceeds the limit, the monitor will send out intermittent sound and light alarm signals. When the diesel engine's operating condition returns to normal, the alarm signal disappears automatically, and the sound alarm can be manually eliminated by the "mute" button on the panel. At the same time, the flash signal turns to flat light. When the operating condition reaches the stop setting value, the monitor controls the actuator to stop automatically.
