A. Overview

The QCJK-I/TF diesel engine monitor (hereinafter referred to as the monitor) is a diesel engine electronic measurement and control system controlled by a microcomputer. It is an electronic device that can automatically detect the working condition of the diesel engine and the diesel engine over-limit protection. The monitor can automatically measure, digitally display, and comprehensively monitor and protect the diesel engine's speed, lubricating oil pressure, lubricating oil water temperature, cooling water temperature, fuel leakage and other parameters, and send out sound and light alarm signals to control the actuator to cut off the fuel oil circuit and automatically control the emergency stop of the diesel engine.

This monitor has the advantages of advanced design, small size, high measurement accuracy, reliable operation, digital display, easy operation and installation, etc. It is a new generation of electronic instrument system that realizes the mechatronics of diesel engine products.

D. Function

1. Meaning of indicator lights

Alarm light: When the parameter exceeds the limit, it flashes and stays on after silencing; it goes out when there is no alarm;

Parking light: When the parameter exceeds the parking limit, it stays on; it goes out after troubleshooting and resetting;

Charging light: When the charging generator works normally, it stays on; when the generator fails and does not generate electricity, it goes out;

Fuel leakage light: fuel leakage indication;

2. Meaning and use of buttons

Start: Start button. Press and hold this button, and the monitor sends a start signal;

Stop: Stop button. Press and hold this button, and the monitor sends a stop signal;

Silence: Silence button. When there is an alarm signal, press and hold this key, the sound alarm disappears, and the light alarm remains unchanged;

Self-test: Self-test key. When there is no speed, press and hold this key, the monitor will self-test;

Reset: Reset key. Press and hold this key, the monitor will reset to zero and resume testing various parameters;

Set: Set key. When the diesel engine is not started and the speed is zero, press and hold this key, the monitor will enter the parameter setting interface;

Wind and waves: In the wind and wave state, the speed will stop when it reaches the set stop value; when the speed drops to the wind and wave release value, the stop is cancelled; this function should be used with caution;

Local/remote control: In the remote control state, the remote control can be started;

Idle/rated: By rotating this button, the diesel engine can switch between high and low speeds;

Speed fine-tuning: Adjust the diesel engine speed up and down through the electric adjustment board.

3. Setting of alarm value and parking value

①. After pressing "Set", the speed and oil temperature window displays PASS 0000;

②. Press "Set" again, the speed and oil temperature window displays C-01 0000;

③ (Pressing "Self-check" will cycle from C-00 to C-26); ... View and modify data (modify data operations as shown below) ..... ④. After data modification, press "Reset" to exit at any time;
