Product Description
Plastic buoy
Introduction
In the demanding environments of marine, aquaculture, and industrial applications, you need buoyancy solutions you can count on. Our high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic floats are engineered for superior performance, exceptional durability, and long-term value.
Crafted from rotationally molded, linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) or HDPE, our floats offer unparalleled resistance to impact, abrasion, and harsh weather conditions. Unlike metal alternatives, they are completely impervious to rust and corrosion, and compared to foam floats, they provide a maintenance-free solution that won't waterlog, sink, or degrade from sun and chemical exposure.
Product Assembly
Step 1: Place the water inlets on the sides of the floating buoys in the same direction.
Step 2: Place the short connecting bolt in the middle and pass it through the four earrings of the float. Use a torque wrench to twist it 45 degrees to lock the short connecting bolt.
Key Features & Benefits
Unmatched Durability: Built with UV-stabilized materials to withstand prolonged sun exposure, saltwater, oils, and chemicals without cracking or deteriorating.
Superior Buoyancy: Engineered for high positive flotation, providing reliable and consistent support for docks, nets, pipelines, and numerous other applications.
Low Maintenance: Requires no painting, coating, or treatment. A simple rinse is often all that's needed to keep them in perfect condition.
Lightweight & Easy to Install: Significantly lighter than metal or concrete floats, making them easy to handle, transport, and deploy, reducing labor and installation costs.
Environmentally Resilient: Immune to rot, marine borers, and fungal growth, ensuring a long service life even in the most challenging conditions.
Cost-Effective: A long-lasting, one-time investment that eliminates the recurring replacement costs associated with less durable materials.
Applications
Ideal for a vast range of uses including:
Marinas and floating docks
Aquaculture and fish farming nets & cages
Dredging and pipeline flotation
Navigational markers and channel buoys
Industrial process tanks and wastewater treatment
Mooring and temporary silt curtains
