DEYUAN MARINE’S Oil barrier boom is a kind of solid floating oil boom, physical barriers to oil, made of rubber or PVC fabric which used to control the spread of oil to reduce the possibility of polluting shorelines and other resources. Booms also concentrate oil in thicker surface layers, making recovery easier.
Oil barrier booms are widely used in used in open water, bays, harbours, rivers, oil platform, oil -refining plants.
Oil barrier boom has the benefit of mitigating the negative impact to the environment caused by hydrocarbon or chemical spills and also reduce financial impacts through timely cleanup which limits the area exposed to the spill.
