Product Introduction:

The normal air composition is calculated by volume fraction: nitrogen (N2) accounts for about 78%, oxygen (O2) accounts for about 21%, and rare gases account for about 0.939% (helium He, neon Ne, argon Ar, krypton Kr, xenon Xe, Radon (Rn), carbon dioxide (CO2) account for about 0.031%, and other gases and impurities account for about 0.03%, such as ozone (O3), nitric oxide (NO), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), water vapor (H2O), etc.


The pore size distribution characteristics of carbon molecular sieve enable it to achieve dynamic separation of O2 and N2. Such a pore size distribution allows different gases to diffuse into the pores of the molecular sieve at different rates without rejecting any gas in the mixed gas (air). The separation effect of carbon molecular sieve on O2 and N2 is based on the slight difference in the dynamic diameter of the two gases. The dynamic diameter of O2 molecules is smaller, so it has a faster diffusion rate in the micropores of the carbon molecular sieve, and the N2 molecules The kinetic diameter is larger and therefore the diffusion rate is slower. The diffusion of water and CO2 in compressed air is similar to that of oxygen, while the diffusion of argon is slower. What is finally enriched from the adsorption tower is a mixture of N2 and Ar.


Pressure swing adsorption nitrogen production utilizes the selective adsorption characteristics of carbon molecular sieves, using a cycle of pressure adsorption and decompression desorption, so that the compressed air enters the adsorption tower alternately (it can also be completed in a single tower) to achieve air separation, thereby continuously producing High purity product nitrogen.
