Marine Membrane Nitrogen Generator
Product Introduction:
The generator uses compressed air as feed stock. Air enters one or more membrane modules, each containing millions of hollow‑fibre membranes. Different gases permeate through the fibre walls at different rates: oxygen, water vapour, and carbon dioxide diffuse rapidly and are vented as permeate, while nitrogen (with a slower permeation rate) is retained and delivered from the module outlet as the product gas. Since argon permeates even more slowly, the final product is a nitrogen‑rich stream with a small argon content - fully adequate for most marine inerting and blanketing duties.
