Inflatable Yokohama Pneumatic Rubber Fender
Marine Rubber Fenders are the world's leading marine collision avoidance devices today. Inflatable rubber fenders are made of synthetic fiber-reinforced rubber sheets and compressed air, making them float on the water as a protective medium. Therefore, Yokohama rubber fenders are important collision protection media in ship-to-ship (STS) transfer operations and ship-to-dock (STD) berthing and mooring operations.
Inflatable Marine Rubber Fender is a cylindrical air bag with a hemispherical head at both ends. boat rubber fender’s basic structure consists of an outer rubber layer, a synthetic fiber reinforced rubber layer and an inner rubber layer.
Our Marine ship rubber fenders have 50kPa (pneumatic 50) and 80kPa (pneumatic 80) initial pressure. The Yokohama marine rubber fender internal pressure, pressure resistance, safety valve set pressure, and ship rubber fender hydraulic test pressure meet the requirements of ISO17357: 2014.
Inflatable boat rubber fender with a diameter of 2500mm and above are equipped with safety valves, then the Inflatable Yokohama Rubber Fender can release excess internal pressure when the fenders are accidentally over-compressed.
