Product Description
FRP Lighting Sheet
Product Introduction:
The FRP Lighting Sheet (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Lighting Sheet) is a high-performance, translucent roofing and wall panel designed to provide natural daylight illumination for industrial, commercial, and agricultural buildings. Manufactured from premium unsaturated polyester resin reinforced with glass fibers, this sheet combines exceptional light transmission with outstanding durability, offering an energy-efficient alternative to artificial lighting.
The product features a corrugated profile that matches standard metal roofing sheets, allowing seamless integration into existing roofing systems. With light transmission rates ranging from 30% to 85%, FRP lighting sheets effectively reduce the need for daytime artificial lighting, significantly lowering energy costs while creating a brighter, more productive indoor environment.
Product Features:
1.Light Transmittance
With a light transmittance rate of 30%-85%, light passes through FRP daylight panels in a diffused manner, resulting in soft and uniform light without light bands, making the interior brighter.
2.Weather Resistance
The material contains UV absorbers and is coated with a 23μm DuPont anti-chemical film on the surface, significantly enhancing its weather resistance and extending its service life to over 15 years.
3.Corrosion Resistance
It is resistant to corrosion by various acids, alkalis, and other chemical substances.
4.Impact Resistance
Thanks to the crisscross arrangement of glass fiber reinforcements in the product, its impact resistance is greatly improved.
5.Flame Retardancy
It is classified as Flame Retardancy Grade I and Flame Retardancy Grade II. Specifically, it meets the requirements of fire protection departments with an Oxygen Index (OI) of ≥32 for Grade I and an OI of ≥26 for Grade II.
Product Applications:
It is widely used in workshops, warehouses, farmers' markets, passageways, sunshades, canopies, parking sheds, etc. It performs exceptionally well in corrosive industrial settings such as ceramic factories, smelters, dyeing factories, chemical plants, and fertilizer plants.
