Features

The ventilator is designed by the variable circulation method. According to the parameters of the fan, select a reasonable variable circulation coefficient, and reasonably distribute the characteristic speed and length of each section of the blade. The fan has the characteristics of low noise, small size, light weight, and stable performance.

During the design and manufacture of the ventilator, the special conditions for ships are fully considered: the impeller has undergone strict dynamic balance correction and overspeed test, so the ventilator has good corrosion resistance, anti-swing, anti-shock, low vibration and stable operation. and safety and reliability.

The ventilator is suitable for 380V/220V, 50Hz or 440V/220V, 60Hz places.

Structure

TVentilators can be divided into two types: Type I duct type and Type 1I window type:

Type I duct type can be used directly for short ducts or ventilators installed on bulkheads.

Type II travel window can be fixed on travel window and bulkhead. Due to the water sealing device, it can be easily opened and closed to prevent the entry of seawater and rainwater.

Impeller is made of cast aluminum alloy, casing is welded by steel sheet.
