CLZ Series Marine or Navy Axial Fan Air Blowers


CLZ series marine axial flow fans (hereinafter referred to as fans) are used for ventilation in ship cabins. They can be used to supply air to the cabins or extract air from the cabins. The conveyed air can contain salt and A small amount of acid vapor formed by the natural evaporation of the battery. The temperature of the air being transported does not exceed 50℃.


Structure

*CLZ fan is mainly composed of motor, impeller, casing, diffuser cone, rectifier and other parts.

*Case-made of thick enough steel plate. It consists of three parts: an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder and a stationary blade. There are flanges at both ends of the inlet and outlet of the outer cylinder to connect with the ventilation pipes. The inner and outer cylinders are connected by stationary blades, and the static The blades also act as wind guides.

*Electric motor--special electric motor produced by the motor factory. Fully enclosed structure, can be self-ventilated, resistant to salt spray, vibration and impact, is a built-in motor (installed in the inner brief), and the motor type is ZZT-H type marine motor ( Rated voltage 220V) and YH marine asynchronous motor (rated voltage 220V/380V two)


**Impeller - consists of a hub and a set of airfoil blades, which are directly installed on the motor shaft after strict dynamic balance, and the material is anti-corrosion cast aluminum alloy.

**Rectifier and diffuser cone - are designed to reduce the vortex of air flow and improve the efficiency of the fan. The rectifier is installed at the air inlet end, and the diffuser pusher is installed at the air outlet end, and its material is FRP.

**Surface coating - a primer and a marine finish.
