CGDL Series Marine High Efficiency Low-Noise Centrifugal Fans Air Blowers
CGDL series marine high-efficiency low-noise centrifugal fans (hereinafter referred to as fan) is a new type of energy-saving and low-noise marine product. Through special design and processing, the ventilator has the characteristics of high efficiency (n>80%), low noise, no overload, stable operation and meets the requirements of ship conditions. Features
This air blower fans use specially designed airfoil blades and air inlets. The dimensions and profiles of the enclosures are also specially designed for characteristic speeds. The impeller is specially processed to make the airflow flow better, so that the fan has the advantages of high efficiency and low noise. Since the power characteristic decreases after reaching the large flow area, the motor will not be damaged due to overloading.
In the design and manufacture of the ventilator, the special conditions for ships are fully considered, and the impeller is made of aluminum alloy and undergoes strict dynamic balance correction and overspeed test. Therefore, the fan also has the characteristics of good corrosion resistance, anti-swing, anti-shock, vibration, stable operation, safety and reliability.
Structure
This fans ventilator is horizontal, the motor is directly connected to the structure, and the vertical structure can also be made when necessary.
The impeller of the fan is made of aluminum alloy, and the blades are airfoil-shaped, and have undergone strict dynamic balance correction, which has excellent air performance. The casing, air inlet, etc. are made of ordinary steel plates, and anti-corrosion measures such as galvanizing are used.
The direction of the tuyere of ventilation grades 40~80 varies from 0 to 225° by 22.5°.
