CLQJ(CL) Series Marine Centrifugal Air Blower Fan

CLQJ(CL) series marine centrifugal fans (hereinafter referred to as "fans") can transport air, marine air containing salt mist and corrosive air containing oil mist, a small amount of acid vapor formed by natural evaporation of batteries, and are suitable for ventilators. It can be used for ventilation of various compartments on ships, boiler ventilation, and other appropriate occasions.

The ventilator is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB/T11865-2008 "Centrifugal Fan for Turnover" and the current (Ship Construction Code).

Features

Small size, light weight, low noise, good corrosion resistance, good air tightness, small starting torque, strong anti-sway, vibration and impact.

Working principle and Structure type

The ventilator is horizontal, the motor is directly connected to the structure, and the vertical structure can also be made.

The impeller is made of braided alloy material, and is corrected by static and dynamic balance.

The casing, air inlet, etc. are welded by ordinary steel materials, and support the airtight structure.
