Product Introduction:
The XHCA Hydraulic Motor is a high-performance radial piston hydraulic motor designed for heavy-duty industrial applications. Its robust design features a fixed casing while the cylinder body and hollow/solid shaft rotate, supported by cylindrical roller bearings.
Inside the motor, an even number of plungers are radially distributed within the cylinder body. The oil distributor precisely supplies hydraulic oil to each plunger. When hydraulic pressure acts on the plungers, they transmit power to the cam rollers. These rollers then transfer the force to the bevel of the cam ring. Because the cam ring is fixed to the casing, it generates a reaction force that pushes the plungers back against the cylinder body, causing it to rotate and produce torque. The output torque is directly proportional to the system pressure.

When XHAC motor is in brake condition, the backpressure should be 12bar.When speed is bigger than rated speed, we must consider carefully about the selection of backpressure, cooling and hydraulic system. 4 oil inlets is necessary for high speed.
XHAC hydraulic motor is designed as per standard of DNV ship classification society and allowed testing pressure is 420bar. Instantaneous pressure of 420bar is allowed to occur 10000 times.When rotating speed over 280rpm, motor must be sealed by fluorine rubber. For continuous working, the maximum pressure for the casing is 2bar.

1.Connection & Mounting: The main oil pipes connect to ports A and C on the connecting body, while drain pipes connect to ports D1, D2, and D3 on the casing. The motor connects to the equipment's main shaft through the hollow shaft inside the cylinder body. Torque is transmitted via a locking plate or a male/female spline connection.
2.Variable Displacement Capability: The symmetric design allows the XHCA motor to be used as a double displacement motor. This means it can run at two different speeds with a fixed flow rate. By simply installing a special valve at the connecting position of the oil inlet flange, the displacement can be easily changed.
3.Key Components: Built with highly durable components including a cam, cam rollers, plungers, a locking plate, a cylinder body, a front-end cover, cylindrical roller bearings, an oil inlet block, an oil distributor, and a thrust bearing.
