Construction Details & Core Options:

The 6×61FWS 6-strand design ensures excellent torque balance and flexibility even at large diameters, while the unique filler wire arrangement minimizes internal friction and improves wear resistance. Available in two distinct core configurations:


*6X61FWS + FC (Fiber Core): Built with a high-quality synthetic fiber core, this variant provides superior shock absorption and high pliability. It is the preferred choice for heavy towing, offshore hauling, and general mooring applications where the rope must absorb sudden dynamic loads without stiffness.


*6X61FWS + IWR (Independent Wire Rope Core): Equipped with a robust independent steel wire core, this configuration offers unmatched resistance to radial crushing and compression. It is highly recommended for multi-layer spooling on heavy-duty winch drums and deep-sea anchor handling, where internal structural integrity is paramount under extreme pressure.
