WN(Q) Series Dredge Pump
Product Description
WN(Q) Series Dredge Pump
Product Introduction:
The WN(Q) Series Dredge Pump is a highly versatile, single-suction cantilever horizontal pump designed to handle abrasive slurries containing sand and mud. Available in two main configurations—the WN type for inboard (cabin) installation and the WNQ type for submersible underwater operations—this series is engineered to meet diverse hull structure requirements with exceptional adaptability.
Key Features & Advantages:
1.Superior Structural Design:
The pump offers flexible connection methods: it can be directly integrated with a gearbox or connected via a bracket and coupling. Models 300WN~500WN utilize a single-casing design, while 600WN~1000WN feature a robust double-casing structure for long-term reliability. Both grease and oil lubrication options are available.
2.Easy Maintenance & Disassembly:
Featuring a front-disassembly structure, the pump is incredibly easy to dismantle for parts replacement. The impeller is connected via a 4-wire Acme (multi-head trapezoidal) thread, which transmits high torque while ensuring convenient assembly. An O-ring on the shaft sleeve and a dismantling ring allow for effortless impeller removal.
3.Excellent Dredging Performance:
Optimized via CFD simulations, the pump boasts excellent cavitation performance, strong suction, and high concentration capabilities. Its broad flow passages prevent clogging even when pumping gravel, sand, or highly plastic clay. The steep performance curve makes it highly adaptable to varying discharge distances. Flow and head can be easily adjusted by changing the impeller speed or diameter.
4.Exceptional Durability:
Wet parts are crafted from high-strength, wear-resistant high-chrome alloy cast iron (KmTBCr27) with a hardness of no less than 58HRC. This material provides outstanding impact and wear resistance. The double-casing design (for larger models) features a replaceable inner liner; even if the liner wears out, it prevents water infiltration, ensuring 100% leak-proof operation.
5.Versatile Sealing Options:
To satisfy diverse customer needs, the pump offers multiple shaft seal forms: packing seal, mechanical seal, frame seal (grease-lubricated), and an L-shaped rubber seal with a spiral shaft sleeve (ideal for double-casing pumps).
