One End Reinforced Hose Without Collars
Product Introduction:
Inner Tube: Smooth, oil-resistant, fuel-resistant, seamless and extruded Acrylonitrile-Butadiene Rubber (NBR).
Safety Liner: Special construction to prevent defects or damage caused by accidental tearing or superficial damage of the main inner liner.
Reinforcement: Multiple plies of high-strength textile cord, with one embedded spiral steel wire in the main body.
Outer Cover: Smooth black synthetic rubber – resistant to abrasion, oil, seawater, and sunlight.
End Fittings: Terminal connections built-in during manufacturing. ASME B16.5 Class 150 or Class 300, weld neck, flat face or raised face, as required.
Testing: All tests conducted in accordance with GMPHOM 2009 and customer specifications.
Standards and Specifications: Single carcass hoses are designed and manufactured in full compliance with OCIMF standards. These products are also subject to the manufacturing and testing requirements stipulated by the ISO 9000:2001 quality standard.
Rated Working Pressure (RWP): The RWP for oil hoses is at least 15 bar. Hoses with 19 bar and 21 bar ratings are also available if specified by the customer. They are suitable for operation under internal pressures ranging from -0.85 bar up to the RWP.
Flow Velocity: The lining of subsea hoses is made of elastomer and fabric, suitable for continuous operation at a flow velocity of 21 m/s.
Application: Submarine hoses are suitable for use with crude oil and liquid petroleum products at temperatures from -20°C to 82°C, with an aromatic hydrocarbon content not exceeding 50% by volume.
