Product Introduction:

The Mainline Hose With Collars is a high-performance subsea hose designed for offshore transfer of crude oil, natural gas (NG), and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). This hose features metal collars installed at one or both ends, providing enhanced pull-out resistance, anti-kinking protection, and secure mechanical locking at connection points. It is the primary conduit in subsea mooring systems, connecting subsea buoys, pipeline end manifolds (PLEMs), risers, or floating production units. Designed for harsh underwater environments, this hose withstands high hydrostatic pressure, dynamic vessel motion, and strong subsea currents.

Key Features:

1.Metal Collar Reinforcement

Corrosion-resistant metal collars (stainless steel or galvanized steel) installed at one or both ends. The collar mechanically locks the hose to the end fitting, providing superior pull-out resistance under high tension loads.


2.High Pull-Out Resistance

The collar prevents the hose from being pulled out of the flange or connector, even under extreme dynamic stresses caused by vessel drift, current drag, or tidal movement.


3.Anti-Kinking Protection

The rigid collar maintains a minimum bend radius at the connection point, preventing kinking, flattening, or collapse that could restrict fluid flow or damage the hose.


4.Hydrostatic Pressure Resistance

Designed to withstand external subsea pressure at depths up to 100 meters or more (customizable). The reinforced ends resist collapse under deepwater conditions.


5.Medium-Specific Material Compatibility

*Oil Service: NBR inner liner – resistant to crude and refined hydrocarbons

*Natural Gas (NG): Gas-tight compounds with low permeation

*LPG Service: LPG-resistant rubber for low temperatures and high vapor pressure


6.Subsea Durability

Outer cover made of CSM, CR, or polyurethane – resistant to seawater, marine growth, abrasion, and UV (splash zone). Collars are marine-grade corrosion protected.


7.ositive/Neutral/Negative Buoyancy Options

Flotation layer can be customized for seabed lay (negative buoyancy), mid-water suspension (neutral buoyancy), or surface floating (positive buoyancy).
