JCZ(CZ)Series Marine or Navy Axial Fan for ships

JCZ (CZ) series marine axial flow fans (hereinafter referred to as "fans") can transport air, sea air containing salt mist, oil mist, a small amount of acid vapor formed by natural evaporation of storage batteries and other corrosive air. The ventilator is suitable for the ventilation of each compartment on the ship, the ventilation of the boiler, and also for other appropriate occasions.

The ventilator is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB/T11864-2008 "Axial Flow Fan for Ships" and the current "Ship Construction Code"; this product has passed the inspection of China Classification Society and obtained the type approval certificate.

Features

The casing can be made into open type, reversible, good anti-corrosion performance, strong anti-swing, vibration and impact parts.

Structure

The fan is made into a structure in which the motor is placed in the casing, and the impeller is directly mounted on the motor shaft.

The impeller is made of anti-corrosion aluminum alloy casting, and the casing is welded with ordinary steel materials.

The casing can be made into an integral type and can be opened along the axial direction according to the needs. The open casing is to install the impeller and the motor on the half casing that can be opened, so it is convenient for on-site maintenance and replacement of parts.

The ventilator can be equipped with 380V, 415V, 50HZ or 440V, 60HZ marine AC motor.

Fan applicable conditions

The fan can work normally for a long time under the following conditions:

Ambient temperature: -25℃~+55℃ (+50℃);

Maximum relative humidity: 95%;

Rolling: ±45° (period 8~12S);

Pitch: 15° (period 5~7S);

Heel: ±15°;

Trim: ±10°;

Vibration: Allow

Impact: Allow
