Product Overview
Currently, the main separation technologies used for oil-water separation include cyclone separation technology, inclined plate polymerization separation technology, and coarse-grained polymerization technology.
Among them, cyclone separation technology is a technology that uses a certain water inlet pressure to complete oil-water separation in a cyclone tube based on the liquid density difference. Inclined plate polymerization separation technology uses an inclined plate to increase the lead of the liquid, so that small oil droplets adhere to the inclined plate and grow together, thereby separating oil and water. Coarse-grained polymerization technology uses a filter element made of special materials to capture small oil droplets that grow together and separate them from water.
Each of the above technologies can achieve the effect of oil-water separation, but when the oily wastewater contains more emulsified oil and dissolved oil, the effect of the above physical oil removal is very limited, especially for emulsified oil with an oil droplet size of less than 10 microns and dissolved oil with a size of 0.1 microns. It has basically no effect.
HCS-X pro Perfection oil-water separator is jointly developed by our company's professional technicians and the expert team of the Chinese Academy of Sciences based on the original HCS-X horizontal oil-water separator. Aiming at the index requirements of emulsified oil and dissolved oil in oily wastewater and the effluent after treatment, the separation technology combined with new materials and equipment is adopted to realize the combination of separation technology, forming a systematic wastewater oil removal process to meet the oil content index requirements of subsequent biochemical treatment.

Technical Features
1. This equipment consists of a gathering filter chamber, a first-level coarse filtration gathering filter chamber, a second-level fine filtration adsorption filter chamber and a water outlet transition chamber; the first-level coarse filtration gathering filter chamber gathers and separates fine oil particles of 10-20 microns,
2. The second-level fine filtration adsorption filter chamber adsorbs and separates fine oil particles of 0.1-10 microns.
3. The first-level coarse granulation gathering filter element uses a porous gathering material coated with an oleophilic and hydrophobic coating to form a filter element, which is used as a polymerization separation for fine oil particles (greater than 10 microns). It is not affected by the blockage of suspended matter in sewage and has a small pressure drop.
4. The second-level fine filtration adsorption filter element uses graphene-based oleophilic and hydrophobic porous materials, which mainly adsorb most of the emulsified oil (0.1-10 microns) and some dissolved oil (about 0.1 microns) in oily sewage.
5. In order to ensure that the liquid flow can be evenly distributed and laminar in the equipment without forming a dead zone of liquid flow, a complete liquid flow laminar water distribution system is also equipped in the equipment to ensure that the oily sewage always forms a laminar state in the equipment.
6. The equipment is also equipped with safety protection valves and instruments such as overpressure automatic protection, temperature display, liquid level automatic display, steam backwashing, etc. to ensure that the equipment can operate reliably and stably for a long time and realize automatic unmanned operation.
7. The operation of this equipment is simple and there are no complex moving parts.
8. The oil removal efficiency of treating oily sewage is high and the effect is good. It can remove most of the emulsified oil and part of the dissolved oil in the oily sewage discharged by petrochemical production.
9. Low investment, small equipment size and small footprint, and the supporting civil engineering and auxiliary equipment for the equipment are particularly small, which greatly reduces the investment cost of sewage treatment.
10. Low operating cost, the equipment itself basically consumes no power.
