Our technical staff has carefully studied the formation and separation mechanism of fine oil droplets, the structural type of mechanical centrifugal equipment, and successfully launched the patented technology product of HCS-X-T-T tank-in-tank (built-in hydrocyclone separation, floating oil automatic collection and discharge combined device) by utilizing the density difference of oil and water, adopting the fluid dynamics mechanism, and combining the current advanced oil-water separation technology.
After long-term production practice, it has been proved that HCS-X-T-T tank-in-tank (oily wastewater homogenization and adjustment tank) has good adaptability, high efficiency and stability. When the imported oil content is greater than 10000mg/l, the oil content of the oily wastewater discharged after pretreatment by the tank-in-tank is less than 150mg/l, and the oil removal capacity is stable and efficient, and it also has good automatic oil collection, oil discharge and mud discharge efficiency.
The HCS-X-T-T tank-in-tank (oily sewage homogenization regulating tank) integrates sewage regulation, homogenization and oil removal functions, which completely solves the problem of collecting oil on the surface of the homogenization tank and the difficulty of discharging mud from the bottom of the tank. It can replace the large-occupying regulating tank, homogenization tank and inclined plate oil separator with low oil removal efficiency in the primary treatment system of refinery wastewater. In particular, it improves the environmental quality of the sewage treatment plant and basically eliminates the foul odor on the sewage treatment plant site. It is an innovative combined sewage treatment process and integrated sewage pretreatment equipment.
Technology Advantages
HCS-X-T-T tank-in-tank (oily sewage homogenization and adjustment tank) integrates the functions of oily sewage adjustment, homogenization and cyclone separation, automatic collection of floating oil and hydraulic mud discharge from the bottom of the conical tank, replacing the traditional sewage treatment, especially the large homogenization tank and the inclined plate oil separator with low oil removal efficiency of the primary treatment system of oil refinery sewage with high oil content. It not only solves the problem of oil collection on the surface of the homogenization tank, simplifies the cumbersome operation steps of the whole tank shutdown, water withdrawal and emptying required for mud discharge at the bottom of the tank, but also solves the problem of poor oil resistance and easy contamination of the inclined plate of the inclined plate oil separator. The significant advantages of "tank-in-tank" are mainly as follows:
1. High oil removal efficiency. The design requirement of the oil content of the effluent of the HCS-X-T-Ttank-in-tank (oily sewage homogenization and adjustment tank) is less than 150mg/I, and the actual use can reach less than 100mg/I (excluding emulsified oil and dissolved oil).
2. Normal operation can be maintained during oil collection and mud discharge, and the facility utilization rate is high.
3. The oil collected has high purity and low water content, which improves the oil recovery rate of the sewage treatment system.
4. The oil collection or sludge discharge operation is simple and labor-intensive, and only one operator is required to open and close a valve once.
