CWL(CXL) Series Marine Small-Sized Centrifugal Fan
CWL (CXL) series marine small centrifugal fans can transport air, marine air containing salt mist and corrosive air containing oil mist. This type of fan is suitable for the ventilation of galleys, toilets, bulkheads, public places, conference rooms, etc. and the ventilation of various cabins on military and civilian ships, as well as suitable places for onshore chemical, metallurgical and other industries.
CWL (CXL) type marine small centrifugal fans such as Pei Yong explosion-proof motors can transport flammable and explosive mixed gas and steam, and can work safely in "dangerous areas".
CWL (CXL.) type marine small centrifugal fan can be equipped with marine three-phase micro asynchronous motor, suitable for 380V/220V or 440V, 50/60Hz places. (Individually equipped with YB series motors, there is no 220V power system).

Working principle and Structure type
CWL (CXL) series marine small centrifugal fan is a high-performance energy-saving fan of Xinshun, which adopts marine three-phase micro asynchronous motor. The fan impeller is composed of strong forward multi-blade blades. The gas enters the blade channel from the axial direction, and generates energy under the action of centrifugal force. The gas is compressed and enters the pipeline from the radial direction.
The CWL (CXL) fan is a horizontal type, the motor is directly connected to the structure, and the external structure can be made.
The impeller is made of aluminum alloy material by riveting, and the casing and the air inlet are all welded structures.
The impeller must be statically and dynamically balanced (using the weighting method).
The ventilator can be made (left turn) or (right turn).
