Product Introduction:

The DY-15 Marine Sewage Treatment Plant is a compact, fully automatic onboard treatment system engineered to process domestic wastewater—including sewage from toilets, galley waste, and bathing water—from vessels with a crew of up to 15 persons. Built upon the same proven technology platform as the DY-10, this upgraded model offers increased capacity while maintaining the same compact footprint and operational simplicity that the DY Series is known for.


Advanced Multi-Stage Treatment Process:

The DY-15 integrates three complementary treatment technologies in a single, space-saving unit:


1.Oxidative Degradation: Raw sewage first undergoes aerobic biological oxidation, where oxygen supplied by an air blower promotes the growth of aerobic bacteria that rapidly break down organic contaminants.


2.Membrane Microfiltration: The biologically treated effluent passes through microporous membrane modules that physically separate fine suspended solids, bacteria, and residual particulate matter, producing exceptionally clear permeate.


3.Physical Disinfection & Sterilization: The clarified effluent is finally treated with a physical disinfectant (such as chlorine or ultraviolet light) to eliminate any remaining pathogenic microorganisms, ensuring safe overboard discharge.
