Product Description
Pneumatic Quick-Closing Valve Control Box
Product introduction
This Marine Pneumatic Quick-Closing Valve Control Cabinet is a centralized safety control system designed specifically for shipboard emergency isolation applications. It provides instant, reliable actuation for quick-closing valves (QCVs) on critical ship systems, including main and auxiliary fuel oil lines, ventilation flaps, and cargo piping.
Constructed with a robust, corrosion-resistant marine-grade enclosure (typically certified to IP56 or higher), it withstands harsh maritime environments. The system integrates seamlessly with the vessel's fire detection and main emergency shutdown (ESD) systems, ensuring rapid valve closure upon an alarm signal to isolate hazards and prevent escalation. It features a user-friendly interface with manual override controls and clear visual valve position indication, in full compliance with major international marine classification standards such as SOLAS, DNV-GL, ABS, and Lloyd's Register.
This quick-closing valve control box is suitable for marine piping systems. Used in conjunction with pneumatic quick-closing valves, it allows for centralized remote control of pneumatic quick-closing valves in different situations via air supply lines in emergency situations. Air supply pressure (0.7MPa~3.0MPa), compressed air cylinder volume, number of outlet lines, and overall dimensions are determined according to user requirements.
Installation Options
The control box can be installed in freestanding, wall-mounted, recessed, or semi-recessed configurations (see Figures 1 and 2). Custom designs are also available upon request.

Structural Types
The control box has two structural types: a) and b). Type a is a combined type with a bottle (see Figures 3 and 4), and type b is an independently installed type (see Figure 5).
