Product Description
Hydraulic Tube Steel Pipe
Hydraulic piping systems can be divided into two types: non-welded and welded. The main connectors in non-welded connections are flanges and joints. Flanges are divided into welded and non-welded (HS flange system). The range of joints includes: ferrule joints, HS extruded pipe end forming, JIC37° flared joints, etc. In addition, the range of pipe materials used in hydraulic piping systems is very wide: from carbon steel to stainless steel, from hot-rolled to cold-drawn (seamless) precision steel pipes, etc.
Considering the high requirements of the hydraulic system for cleanliness, quality and reliability within the system, we recommend:
* The entire hydraulic piping system uses welding connection technology
* The steel pipe uses seamless precision carbon steel pipes and (or) austenitic stainless steel pipes.
* The steel pipe with a diameter greater than 42mm adopts a flared flange connection system.
* The steel pipe with a diameter less than 42mm adopts the most advanced HS pipe end extrusion joint connection (select according to the specific application).
This technical information is the general principle in the design of hydraulic piping systems. In the specific piping system design, please choose according to the environment, customer's technical requirements, and local actual conditions.
DIN 2413/I and DIN 2413/III Steel pipe
All working pressures are based on DIN 2413/I and DIN 2413/III for straight tubes and pipes.
The yield point and tensile stress value determine the maximum allowable working pressure and the required wall thickness.
DNV Rules
All working pressures are based on Det Norske Veritas rules for classification of ships, new building part 4, Chapter 1, Section 6 and mobile offshore units drilling plant (drill) Part 6, chapter 5, Section 6 for bent tubes and pipes.
Before delivery, the actual yield point and tensile stress values are confirmed on the material certificate.
