Product Overview
HCS-X oil-water separator is a patented technology product of hydrocyclone, coarse particle and inclined plate combined oil-water separator produced by our company's professional technicians on the basis of long-term research on oil-water separation technology design. It is based on the special water quality of oily wastewater in petrochemical, coal chemical, electric power steel, new energy and other industries. According to Stokes' law, combined with fluid dynamics, using hydro cyclone centrifugal separation technology, it is carefully calculated, designed, developed and produced; after years of actual use, this equipment has been proven to have special efficiency in treating fine oil particles in oily wastewater produced in the production of petrochemical, coal chemical, oil fields, dock oil depots, etc.
Scope of Use
This equipment can be widely used in: comprehensive oily wastewater deoiling treatment in petrochemical industry, oilfield oil recovery water deoiling treatment, crude oil dehydration oily wastewater treatment, crude oil desulfurization wastewater treatment in refining chemical industry, sulfur recovery unit acid water deoiling wastewater treatment, crude oil storage tank cleaning oily wastewater treatment and port and dock oily wastewater treatment, etc.
Technical Features
1. The hydrocyclone separator is designed to treat oily wastewater by using the density difference between oil and water, the principle of fluid dynamics, and the hydrocyclone centrifugal separation method. Its treatment efficiency is dozens of times that of sedimentation (shallow pool principle) separation.
2. The stainless steel W-type corrugated plate coalescer, which is pressed by a special process, has the advantages of uniform water distribution, increased sewage flow distance, shortened oil particle floating distance, increased oil drop aggregation probability, and accelerated oil-water aggregation separation time, which can ensure the stability of subsequent separation effect.
3. The coarse-grained polymerization filter element made of spiral mesh composite processed by a special process is used as the polymerization separation of fine oil particles (greater than 20 microns). It is not affected by the blockage of suspended matter in sewage and has a small pressure drop.
4. In order to ensure that the liquid flow can be evenly distributed and laminar in the equipment without forming a dead zone of liquid flow, a complete set of liquid flow laminar water distribution system is also equipped in the equipment to ensure that the wastewater always forms a laminar flow state in the equipment.
5. The equipment is also equipped with safety protection valves and instruments such as overpressure automatic protection, temperature display, liquid level automatic display, steam backwashing, etc. to ensure that the equipment can operate reliably and stably for a long time and realize automatic unmanned operation.
6. Simple operation, no complex moving parts.
7. The oil removal efficiency of oily wastewater is high and the effect is good. It can completely remove floating oil and dispersed oil in oily wastewater discharged from petrochemical production.
8. Low investment, small equipment size and small footprint, and the supporting civil engineering and auxiliary equipment for the equipment are particularly small, which greatly reduces the investment cost of sewage treatment.
9. Low operating cost, the equipment itself basically consumes no power.
10. Good supporting integrity. The equipment is installed and supplied as a whole, without the need for secondary assembly on site.
