Cargo Container Barrier Seals

Specifications :

1.Material:

*Lock body → Hardened carbon steel.

*Lock cap → Galvanized aluminum cover & Galvanized steel nut.

*Lock pin → Galvanized carbon steel.

2.Barrier seal with overall length of 480mm.

3.Standard Colors:

*Lock body → Original.

*Lock cap → Black.

4.Printing: Laser marking.

5.Customization: Printing → Customer name, logo, sequential numbers and barcode.

6.Break Strength: ≥ 35KN (High Security Seal, ISO).

 

Instructions for Use:

1.Fix two barriers on the container/trailer/truck door tubes.

2.Knock the lock pin into the lock cap until it clicks.

3.Verify that the security seal are sealed.

4.Record the seal number to control security.

5.Removal by bolt cutters or electric cutting tools (Eye protection is needed).
