CQ series marine centrifugal fans (hereinafter referred to as fans) can transport air, sea air containing salt mist and corrosive air containing oil mist, a small amount of acid vapor formed by natural evaporation of batteries. The ventilator is suitable for the ventilation of the ventilation and ventilation boilers in various compartments on the ship, and can also be used for other appropriate occasions.

The fan is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB11865 "Marine Centrifugal Fan" and the current "Code for Classification and Construction of Sea-going Steel Ships" of China Ship Inspection Bureau.

Structure

The air ventilator blower is horizontal, the motor is directly connected to the structure, and the vertical structure can also be made.

The impeller is made of aluminum alloy material riveted and corrected by static and dynamic balance.

The casing, air inlet, etc. are welded by ordinary steel materials

The ventilator can be made for left or right rotation:

Left rotation-viewed from the motor indicated as "L".

Right rotation-viewed from the motor side, the vane wheel rotates clockwise and indicated as“R”。

The ventilator can be matched with marine. AC motor of 380 V, 50 Hz. or marine DC motor of 220 V.
