40 FT Automatic Container Spreader

It suits for container cranes under 40ft, weights light, no need power supply, easy to operate and less investment.

The suitable lifting loading for 40 feet container is 35tons~42tons.

Operation:

1. Put the lifting slings and middle wire rope(for semi-auto locing operation) to the lifting hook, and make sure the locks are open.

2. Lift the hooks upto container, and lower the spreader with aligning the keyholes.

3. Lift the look a bit and pull the middle wire rope, make sure it is locked and indication pointer turned 90°.

4. Lift the container to the expected location.

5. Pull the middle wire rope, to make the locks open and indication pointer turn back 90°, lift the hook up and away from the container, done.
