A rescue boat is a motor boat that is used to rescue people in distress and to assemble lifeboats, rafts, and good maneuverability.

7)If the rescue boat is equipped with an outboard engine, the rudder and tiller can be an integral part of the aircraft. The rescue boat can also be fitted with a gasoline-powered outboard engine with an approved fuel system, but the fuel tank should have special fire and explosion protection.

8)The towing device shall be permanently installed on the rescue boat and shall be strong enough to be assembled into the largest liferaft equipped with all the occupants and attachments or equivalent weight.

9)Rescue boats should be stored in the ship space. It should always be ready for use on board and it is required to be able to land in less than 5 minutes. Storage location should store in easy to land and recycle space and not affect the use of other lifesaving equipment.
