Waste Oil Incinerators
Waste generation is a common phenomenon and we donot have garbage collector or big garbage disposal centers here on board ship.In order to protect the enviroment,the waste material storage and disposal of waste at sea need to be strictly followed Annex V of MARPOL 1973/78 convention of IMO, guidelines.All our incinerator is designed in compliance with IMO MEPC 76(40) and amendments IMO MEPC 93(45), IMO MEPC 244(66),CCS,DNV,USCG certificate can be provided. A complete incinerator system consists of three main parts:
(a.)Combustion chamber with diesel oil burner, sludge burner, and electric control panel.
(b.) Flue gas fan
(c.) Flue gas damper.
(d.) Sludge tank with circulating pump and heater.
