Before we use a shackle, there are many important rules we need to know .

1.The shackle should be smooth and complete, no crack, sharp edge, over burning etc.

2.Do not use cast iron or cast steel shackles. The clasp can be forged by sedation steel, and the shaft pin can be machined after forging.

3.Do not drill or weld repair on unshackle. After permanent deformation of the clasp and shaft pin, no repair shall be performed.

4.When we use shackle, we should check the buckle and the bolt, not seriously wear, deformation and fatigue crack.

5.When we use shackle, the horizontal spacing shall not be pulled, and the shaft pin must be put in the insurance pin.

6.After the shaft pin is correctly assembled, the width of the buckle shall not be significantly reduced, and the threads shall be well connected.

7.We use shackle shall not exceed the specified safety load.

The national standard shackle includes general re-use of shackles, Marine shackles and ordinary shackles. 

Heavy weight, large volume, generally not installed in the location of the disassembly. We should pay attention to the safety factor when choosing the shackle, usually four, six, and eight times.
