Tank cleaning machine, also known as oil tank cleaning machine. It is the most ideal tool for cleaning cargo oil tanks of modern ships.
This product is made of advanced technology and high-quality materials. Compared with traditional tank cleaning machines of the same type, it is unique and far ahead. This tank cleaning machine not only has low pressure and long range when cleaning, but also has a modular structure. The whole machine is composed of three parts: pressure water chamber, speed change mechanism and automatic clutch nozzle. The three parts can be installed, disassembled, repaired and replaced independently. The structure is simple and maintenance is convenient. The transmission of this tank cleaning machine adopts new copper graphite and stainless steel bearings, which have little wear and are durable.
When the tank cleaning machine is working, the time it takes to clean the inside of the oil tank to the highest standard is called the "total cycle time". This time has a total of 4 cycles, and the time of each cycle is the same. After four cycles of cleaning, the ideal effect is achieved.
The first round of spraying cleaning media on all surfaces. If streaks appear, the initial effect of comprehensive cleaning is achieved.
The second round of cleaning spray is absorbed by the surface for comprehensive cleaning.
The third and fourth rounds are repeated until the cleaning spray is completely absorbed by the surface. The four rounds of cleaning are completed by spraying, and the cleaning effect is obvious.
