Product Introduction:
Our Polyurethane-Lined Abrasion Resistant Hose is designed for extreme wear resistance in the most demanding material conveying applications. The hose features a high-performance polyurethane (PU) lining on its inner wall, offering exceptional resistance to abrasion, impact, and sliding friction caused by sharp or hard granular materials.
Compared to standard sandblasting hoses (typically rubber-lined), this polyurethane-lined hose delivers significantly higher wear resistance — often 3 to 5 times longer service life under similar operating conditions. This extended durability translates directly into reduced downtime, fewer hose replacements, and lower long-term maintenance costs.
The smooth polyurethane inner surface minimizes flow resistance, prevents material buildup, and allows for efficient transfer of small granular materials such as:

*Alumina, copper slag, glass beads, and other abrasive media
