Polyethylene Integrated Pontoon

Product Description

Polyethylene Integrated pontoon

Product Introduction

The one-piece pontoon shell is made of 100% medium-low density polyethylene, manufactured using advanced rotational molding technology. The product is seamlessly molded in one piece, fully enclosed, corrosion-resistant, anti-aging, and impact-resistant, eliminating concerns about leakage and cracking. The interior is filled with closed-cell polyurethane foam; the product has high buoyancy, and even if the shell is damaged, its use remains unaffected.

The one-piece pontoon is a sealed metal tube on the water surface, secured at the bottom with an anchor. It is used for mooring boats or as a navigational beacon, automatically rising and falling with the tide. It is widely used in the construction of floating bridges, floating docks, and other floating platform projects.

Whether in deep or shallow water, flowing or still water, brackish or fresh water, cold or hot water, clean or polluted water, almost anywhere there is water, the pontoon can be used to its fullest potential. The various pontoon configurations offer endless possibilities, allowing for free combination into various shapes. Installation and disassembly are simple and quick, environmentally friendly, lightweight, stable, and safe, requiring 100% maintenance.
