Pantograph Window Wiper (Electric/Pneumatic)
Product Description
Pantograph Window Wiper (Electric/Pneumatic)
Product Introduction
The Marine Pantograph Window Wiper is a high-performance wiping solution specifically engineered for the demanding environment of ship bridges and offshore vessels. Utilizing a robust pantograph (parallel linkage) mechanism, this wiper ensures a straight-line, horizontal wiping motion across large rectangular windows. This design maximizes the field of vision for navigators, providing a clear and unobstructed view even in the harshest weather conditions. Available in both Electric and Pneumatic versions, it offers flexible installation options to meet the specific power configurations and safety requirements of any vessel.
Main Functions
Power supply, water spray, dimming, continuous wiping, intermittent wiping, etc.
Installation Method
The main unit is installed above or below the indoor porthole, and the controller is embedded in the control panel.
The main unit can also be installed above or below the outdoor porthole (with a waterproof cover).

Key Features & Benefits
1.Straight-Line Technology: Unlike traditional oscillating arms, the pantograph mechanism keeps the wiper blade vertical throughout the sweep, covering a significantly larger rectangular area without leaving unwiped triangular.
2.Heavy-Duty Construction: Built with marine-grade stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials to withstand salt spray, UV radiation, and extreme temperatures.
3.Dual Power Options
*Electric Drive: Provides powerful and consistent torque, ideal for continuous operation.
*Pneumatic Drive: Explosion-proof and intrinsically safe, perfect for tankers or vessels operating in hazardous areas.
4.High Torque & Park Stability: Designed with high-torque motors to overcome wind pressure and ensure the blade parks securely at the end of the window line when not in use.
5. Easy Maintenance: Modular design allows for quick replacement of blades and simple access to the drive mechanism.
Applications
Ideal for use on the navigating bridges of cargo ships, tankers, yachts, tugboats, and naval vessels where maximizing the window area for navigation safety is critical.
